2015 Road Map FAQ

What are the big announcements for 2015?

2015 will, no doubt, be a significant year for Younique, and here are a few of the big things that they have planned:

• New products beginning in March 2015
• US Latina Presentership beginning March 1, including a Race to Start campaign from March 1 through May 5
• Product sales into Mexico beginning May 5
• “Maple Leaf” Package for French Canadians in Q3
• Full Germany market launch in Q3
• Warehouse in Europe in Q3

What are the new products for March 2015?

• The March 2015 new product launch features six new products, including:

What do the terms Q3 and Q4 mean?

Q3 (3rd quarter) refers to July, August, and September. Q4 (4th quarter) refers to October, November, and December. When Younique says, for example, that they will have a “full Germany market launch in Q3,” that means they will open Younique Germany in July, August, or September.


When will I learn more about the new products for March 2015?

We plan to provide more details for the six new products in February via the weekly Y.O.U. email and through social media that is available to Younique Presenters. Stay tuned!


What is the Race to Start campaign?

The Race to Start campaign is a “race” leading up to Younique Presenters being able to sell product into Mexico. Think of the “race” as a “sprint to the starting day!” From March 1, 2015 through May 5, 2015, Presenters in any market can sponsor new Presenters as US Latina Presenters and a new Presenter can join as a US Latina Presenter. Presenters who participate in the campaign receive special incentives only available from March 1 through May 5, 2015. Race to Start is applicable only to open markets, between March 1 and May 5, 2015.

What does it mean to be a US Latina Presenter?

Being a US Latina Presenter means that you live in the United States and have opted to have your Younique website language default to Spanish—whether you are a brand new Presenter or an existing Presenter who has opted to make the switch to US Latina. Please note that during the Race to Start campaign (March 1 to May 5), if you elect to become a US Latina Presenter, your default language will be Spanish and cannot be changed for 90 days from the date you enrolled (for new Presenters) or switched (for existing Presenters).

New US Latina Presenters will receive a US Latina Presenter Kit, which comes with a Presenter Guide and Spanish catalogs.


What does it mean to be able to sell products into Mexico?

Beginning May 5, 2015, Presenters in all markets will be able to sell Younique products to those who reside in Mexico. This means that if you have a customer who resides in Mexico, they can go to your website, choose to view your site in Spanish, order products, and have those products shipped to them. Customers in Mexico can go to any Younique website and choose their viewing language. Stay tuned for more details about this feature.


When can Mexico residents join the Younique family as a Presenter?

In Q4, when Younique launches the Mexico market, residents of Mexico can join Younique as a Presenter. Beginning May 5, however, Presenters in all markets can sell product into Mexico, and customers who live in Mexico can view your website in Spanish and order products.


What is the “Maple Leaf” Package for Canadians?

The “Maple Leaf” Package is a collection of helpful resources for Canadians. French-speaking Presenters and customers who reside in Canada can choose from French resources that include: French catalogs, French websites, and a French Presenter Guide. In addition, Younique will become part of the Canadian Direct Sellers Association. Finally, the import limit on product orders will be lifted, which is welcome news to all Canadians.


What does a “full Germany market launch” mean?

In Q3, we will be opening the German market for those who reside in Germany who want to be a Younique Presenter. Those who live in Germany and join the Younique family will be able to enjoy the Younique products and opportunity in their own language, complete with German catalogs, website, Presenter Guide, and more.


How will the European warehouse affect my shipments?

By using a local European warehouse beginning in Q3, we will be able to speed up transit times and provide better service levels for our European markets.


Will the European warehouse service the UK?

Yes. The European (EU) warehouse will support and ship to the UK and Germany, as well as any other EU markets we may expand to in the future.


What does a “full Mexico market launch” mean?

In Q4, we will be opening the Mexico market for those who reside in Mexico who want to be a Younique Presenter. Those who live in Mexico and join the Younique family will be able to enjoy the Younique products and opportunity in their own language, complete with Spanish catalogs, website, Presenter Guide, and more.

Younique: 6 New Products and 2 New Countries JUST ANNOUNCED

Who’s been waiting (for what seems like forever) to find out Younique’s Big Announcement? My team and I have been SO excited about this huge announcement and have been going back and forth as to what it could be. The only facts that we have known so far is that Younique will be launching 6 brand new products for the spring AND will be opening new markets. While it’s been so much fun these past couple of weeks to guess what new products and countries that Younique will be launching into, I’m so happy to finally know all of the details! And, of course, I couldn’t wait to share the good news with all of you, too, so let’s just get right into it!

1. Blending Buds

The blending buds are definitely something to get excited about. The blending buds were the January Kudos for parties over 5000 points. Each set includes a purple and pink blending bud. The purple blending bud is larger in size and is perfect for contouring, while the pink blending bud is smaller and makes highlighting a breeze!

Both blending buds are made out of Styrene-Butadiene Rubber. They are not latex-free. One of my favorite things about the Blending Buds is that both can be used with wet or dry products. Younique really knocked it out of the park with these blending buds because putting on foundation will be so much easier now!

2. Stiff Upper Lip – Lip Stain

Guess what’s back? In November, Younique released this Stiff Upper Lip lip stain as an exclusive product for the November Kudos and it was in hot demand as everyone wanted to get their hands on it! I earned three lip stains and kept them all for myself. My mom asked me for one of mine, as did I love this Stiff Upper Lip Stain and I know that it’s going to be a very popular product, as Younique presenters have been begging for it to be a permanent staple in Younique’s inventory since it’s temporary release in November.

So, what’s so great about this lip stain? For starters, it truly is long lasting. If you apply it in the morning, it will still be there through lunch and dinner. For all of you that like to drink tons of water throughout the day, this is definitely right up your alley because the lip stain will not come off on your glass when you take a drink.

The seven (7) different lip stain colors will compliment every skin tone and you will fall in love with this amazing product!

3. Beachfront Bronzer

Who doesn’t love a good bronzer?! Bronzer is such a popular item in the makeup world.  Let’s face it: Everyone looks a little better when they are tan and look like they’ve been kissed by the sun.
No look is complete, in my opinion, without bronzer, especially in the spring and summer months!
A little Beachfront Bronzer on the sun-kissed spots of your face gives you a wonderful glow to last throughout the day.

4. Pressed Blush

This product was not mentioned in the above video, but it is coming out in early 2015 so I wanted to include it in this list of new products.

I find that it’s easier to work with pressed blush instead of loose blush any day of the week, so I can’t wait for this new product!  (I might be guilty of apply too much loose blush to my cheeks and looking like I’ve gotten a bad sunburn, which isn’t a good look to have. Ha!)

The shades of blush will stay the same as they’ve been in the loose form: Sweet, Stunning, Scandalous, Seductive, and Sophisticated, so no need to worry about changing to a new shade.



5. Splurge Cream Eye Shadow

I’m really excited about this eye shadow! I already have customers begging for some!!

It’s creamy and the colors look like beautiful neutrals that will go with all eye shades.

Plus, there will also be a  cream shadow brush so that it goes on perfectly!




 6. Shine Eye Makeup Remover Cloths

Since Younique makes high quality products, I know that these makeup remove cloths will be no different!

Whether it’s to remove the 3D fiber lash mascara, or to remove the Touch pressed powder, this will be effective and leave skin feeling nice and conditioned.
